For those wondering  what happened to him:  
He went missing, Sunday, April 12th and was found in the home of Mr. Doyle on Wednesday, April 22nd At about 4 am by the police department. 
Court papers show that Mr. Doyle admit to murdering Moheb and leaving him in his place until the cops showed up with a search warrant over 10 days later. 
Mr. Doyle was the younger brother of one of Mohebs friend. 
Cops got a lead last Friday when they found Moheb's car with a surveillance camera showing Mr. Doyle exiting his car. 
We ask that you respect the families wishes and make dua'a for him and his family and not focus on the actual details of his saddened murder.

The charges against James Doyle are merely accusations. He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The death of a missing Machesney Park man is being investigated as a homicide.

According to the Winnebago County Coroner's Office, 27-year-old Moheb Diab was found in a Loves Park house in the 7700 block of Eastmont Avenue. He was pronounced dead on the scene after 5 a.m. Wednesday.

According to an autopsy, Diab died due to gunshot wounds. Toxicology tests will be available in about two weeks.

The Winnebago County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death. A suspect, 25-year-old James Doyle of Loves Park, is in custody. Doyle has been charged with six counts of first degree murder and one count of concealing a homicide.

Diab had been reported as a missing person to the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department on Monday, April 13th. He had been last seen on April 12 leaving his home in Machesney Park. The Winnebago County Sheriff's Department says Diab's car was located on April 17 in a business parking lot in the 5300 block of Forest Hills Court which prompted an investigation into Doyle.

MACHESNEY PARK (WREX) -  The Winnebago County Sheriff's Office is searching for Moheb A. Diab last seen around 11 a.m. Sunday, April 13, 2015.  Moheb told his mother that he would be back in an hour and half and has been missing since then.  He was last seeen leaving their residence at 601 Wood Ave in Machesney Park, Illinois.  Moheb was driving a red Nissan Versa with illinois plate number E89 5702.   . 
Moheb is a 27-year-old white male. Moheb's mother told the sheriff's office that nothing like this has ever happened before and it is highly unusual. 
Anyone with information concerning his whereabouts is urged to call the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department Detective Bureau at 815-319-6400.
